How to Play
- SIGN UP BELOW in the comments. If you're playing as a team, make sure you list all of your teammates.
- Post your pictures to FLICKR, TAG them with #alamw12 and #alamw12SH
- ADD your photos to the alamw12 Conference FLICKR Group
- Points are given based on the DATE TAKEN date in Flickr
- You can submit photos from previous days’ list to collect HALF the points
Have you always wondered how ALA Conferences could be EVEN MORE FUN? Well, hold on to your hats, because we’ve found the answer!
Running throughout the duration of the Conference (Friday 1/20/12 – Monday 1/23/12) you can score points by snapping a photo of all the cool/exciting/fun people, places, and things going on around you. Programs, Dallas, authors, artists, and even fellow ALA-ers are on our tailor-made daily photo lists. Score the most points and you can WIN!
- 1st prize – $25 Amazon gift certificate
- 2nd prize – $15 Amazon gift certificate
- 3rd prize – $10 Amazon gift certificate
All prizes come pre-packaged with Bragging Rights!
The list of daily items to be photographed will be posted on a separate page (to be linked later) by 8:00 am CDT each day.
Points will be tallied upon our return to the ALA HQ office, and winners will be alerted and announced by Tuesday, January 31, 2012.
